The Client
Base Aesthetics came to us wanting more than just a polished Instagram; they wanted a presence that felt as warm and considered as the experience inside the clinic itself. A place where potential clients could get a genuine feel for the team, the culture and the standard of care before they ever walked through the door. Our job was to bring that to life through content that was not only visually elevated but fully compliant with TGA and AHPRA advertising guidelines.
The Brief
We manage Base Aesthetics end to end, strategy, content creation and social media management across Instagram. The approach has always been two things at once: educational and human. Every piece of content is designed to position the clinic as a trusted source of cosmetic information while also giving their audience a real sense of what it feels like to be a Base Aesthetics client. Jo, Courtney, Angie, Nat and Ebony are a close-knit team and that energy is woven through everything we create. Working within TGA and AHPRA compliance means every caption, every visual and every claim is carefully considered, never at the expense of authenticity, always in service of building genuine trust.
